Requirements Minimum 8 years of leadership experience within the cruise, river cruise, hospitality, or luxury hotel industry. Previous experience as Hotel Director, Corporate Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager, or a similar senior operational role. Strong knowledge of hotel operations, food & beverage, housekeeping, and guest services. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Fluent English required.
