We currently have immediate openings for fire safety directors at several loations in New York City for all shifts...</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Handling the fire panel and addressing any alerts or concerns, taking systme offline when reuired</li>\n <li>Writing detailed reports, making log entries and submiting reports through online report system</li>\n <li>Performing fire inspection and handling fire drills</li>\n <li>Securing the lobby and front desk area and assisting in all other security matters</li>\n <li>Greeting guests and directing guests to proper staff when addressed by guests</li>\n <li>Supervisng and provideing deircetions to other security staff</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid NY Security Guard License</li>\n <li>Valid F89, T89 cards or Z89 certficate</li>\n <li>Authorized to work in the US</li>\n <li>Great customer service attitude</li>\n <li>Effective written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Must be able to handle simple computer and smartphone operations</li>\n <li>Must be able to stand for long hours if required</li>\n <li>Must be able climb stairs</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of security operations and procedure</li>\n</ul>",
