      "content": "\n<li><strong>TEMPORARY HIRE</strong></li>\n<li>3-5 years of experience as a Low Voltage Cable Technician with CAT5e, fiber optic, (Terminations of fiber required) and network experience.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience with CCTV, Security Systems, and Alarm Systems is a plus.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Industry-specific certifications are a huge plus (BICSI, Siemon, Panduit, Belden, Verkada, Corning).&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Available for extensive travel, road warrior.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ability to work primarily nights, and day shifts when the job requires.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Flexible and willing to work on-call, day or night shifts as the jobs require.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience reading blueprints and site maps.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience in CCTV, voice, and data cabling.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Knowledgeable in closeouts and MDF/IDF buildouts.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Knowledgeable in identifying independent colors and learning color codes.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ability to work in cramped spaces.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ability to operate a BOOM or scissor lift, and ability to work at heights.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Has basic telecommunication tools, PPE, and reliable transportation.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Must have knowledge of cabling infrastructure.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Proficient with the use of smartphones, personal computers, including email, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office programs.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Excellent customer relationship and communication skills; verbal and written.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; no DUI or DWI in the last three years.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience in conduit installation is a plus.&nbsp;</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various cabling infrastructure.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Installation of IP cameras, specifically Axis.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Run low voltage cabling in commercial buildings, including drilling concrete walls and limited&nbsp;conduit work.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ensuring all cables are neatly tied and bundled according to safety regulations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Installing of cable support structures such as j-hooks, cable racks, and innerduct.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Repairing cable poles and towers.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Conduct tests to ensure all newly installed cables systems and component devices are&nbsp;operational.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot issues with cable networks to ensure the proper functioning and to ensure the system meets local, county, state, or federal codes; legal and/or insurance requirements.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Adhere to all required project safety requirements as set forth by Wachter, our customers, or&nbsp;OSHA.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Provide regular updates to Project Management on project status and current objectives.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Lead small crews of 2-8 technicians by providing daily instruction and training, as needed.&nbsp;</li>\n"
