This role supports production schedules, assists with setups and troubleshooting, coordinates labor and materials, and promotes adherence to safety and quality standards. The position reduces day-to-day operational burdens for the Production Supervisor and leadership tasks for Set-Up Operators.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate daily floor activities to meet schedules and efficiency goals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist with setups, changeovers, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure lines are properly staffed and supplied with materials.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Monitor workflow, address bottlenecks, and support operators with process questions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Communicate shift priorities, goals, and supervisor updates to team members.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Mentor operators on best practices, cross-training, and efficiency improvements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Perform in-process checks, verify first-piece inspections, and escalate quality issues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Enforce safety, housekeeping, and company policies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support supervisor with non-conforming products, rework, scrap, and performance tracking.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Accurately document production data and report issues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Participate in root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist Supervisor directly and weekly in attendance record-keeping activities and documentation through use of Jantek, Insight and BambooHR.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">2-year degree required in Business Admin. or similar field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">2–3 years’ experience in manufacturing/production preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of processes, machinery, and safety protocols.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Leadership or team coordination experience preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong problem-solving, communication, and computer skills (Teams, PowerBI, data entry).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Physical ability to lift 25–50 lbs. and stand for up to 8 hours.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Flexibility for overtime or shift changes.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">100% accurate and on-time production records in Insight.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Timely escalation of downtime and quality issues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Daily use of Microsoft Teams and Insight for tools necessary, updates and communication.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Positive supervisor and peer feedback on teamwork and professionalism.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
