This position will also review new accounts for potential fraud and/or high-risk activity, minimizing risk and loss to Cobalt Credit Union. You must have a working knowledge of regulations associated with various state and federal courts and of pleadings and methods of filings presented to and processed through the appropriate federal and state courts.&nbsp;</p><h1 style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><u>Education and/or Experience Requirements:</u></span></strong></h1><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma required, associate&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">1 year of experience in the field of fraud detection, investigations, and financial transaction monitoring required.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong knowledge of regulation and laws that govern check cashing, debit card, ACH transactions, and lending required.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong knowledge of the fraud life cycle, industry trends and fraud tools and solutions</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficient in MS Office and Windows, including basic skills in Excel required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to work in a time sensitive environment, making sound decisions, while communicating these decisions to members as well as credit union staff.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Cobalt Credit Union, based in Papillion, Nebraska, employs over 250 team members throughout our twenty locations.
