      "content": "<div>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></span></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Strategic Business Partnership &amp; Decision Support:</strong></p>\n\n<li>Gain a strong understanding of the company’s product portfolio, report on product (portfolio) performance and analyze key business performance indicators.</li>\n<li>Convert complex data into meaningful narratives to influence product strategy and support executive decision-making.</li>\n<li>Conduct in-depth financial analysis of new initiatives, identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities.</li>\n<li>Partner with budget owners and senior finance leaders to align financial goals with business objectives.</li>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Product Portfolio Ownership:</strong></p>\n\n<li>Create and report ad-hoc financial analysis to product stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Report the performance of all live games on a weekly and monthly basis.</li>\n<li>Manage complex financial models and reports to develop meaningful insights.</li>\n<li>Create advanced product P&amp;L forecasting and variance analysis to highlight variance drivers and identify opportunities to mitigate risk and improve performance.</li>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Financial Planning, Modeling &amp; Control:</strong></p>\n\n<li>Assist in the annual planning and monthly forecasting processes in partnership with business stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Participate in the preparation and review of income statements for budgeting and forecasting on a portfolio of games.</li>\n<li>Create variance analysis reports and financial models for product portfolio management.</li>\n<li>Manage the monthly forecasting cycle for vendors; advise on accruals for month-end close.</li>\n<li>Identify and suggest tool or process improvements to increase the efficiency of forecasting and planning cycle.</li>\n\n</div>"

      "text": "To be successful in this role, your background includes:",
      "content": "\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent field.</li>\n<li>CPA or MBA designation preferred.</li>\n<li>4-6 years of progressive experience in FP&amp;A.</li>\n<li>Prior experience in the gaming or technology industry is considered an asset.</li>\n<li>Proven experience performing complex revenue modeling.</li>\n<li>Expert at querying databases using SQL and Google BigQuery (GBQ) to automate reporting dashboards for finance leadership.</li>\n<li>Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.</li>\n<li>Experience with Adaptive Planning or similar cloud-based financial reporting tools.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to adopt and integrate AI tools into finance workflows to drive efficiency.</li>\n<li>Comfortable manipulating large datasets with strict attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of management.</li>\n<li>Highly organized with the ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n<li>Positive mindset and an energetic approach to solving complex challenges.</li>\n"
