This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing quality experience who enjoys hands-on inspection and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.</p><p data-start=\"542\" data-end=\"585\"><strong data-start=\"542\" data-end=\"555\">Schedule:</strong><br data-start=\"555\" data-end=\"558\">1st Shift | Monday &ndash; Friday: 6 am to 2:30 pm or 7 am to 3:30 pm</p><p data-start=\"587\" data-end=\"1153\"><strong data-start=\"587\" data-end=\"612\">Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li data-start=\"587\" data-end=\"1153\">Perform first piece, in-process, and final inspections</li><li data-start=\"587\" data-end=\"1153\">Conduct component layouts and maintain inspection documentation</li><li data-start=\"587\" data-end=\"1153\">Utilize SPC charting and sampling plans</li><li data-start=\"587\" data-end=\"1153\">Set up and operate inspection/testing equipment</li><li data-start=\"587\" data-end=\"1153\">Assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions</li><li data-start=\"587\" data-end=\"1153\">Support internal audits and PPAP documentation</li><li data-start=\"587\" data-end=\"1153\">Create and maintain PFMEAs, Control Plans, and inspection reports</li><li data-start=\"587\" data-end=\"1153\">Ensure compliance with non-conforming material procedures</li><li data-start=\"587\" data-end=\"1153\">Review finished product to verify conformance to specifications</li></ul><p><strong data-start=\"1155\" data-end=\"1174\">Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED required</li><li>Prior manufacturing quality/inspection experience preferred</li><li>Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and GD&amp;T</li><li>Experience with inspection tools and measurement equipment</li><li>Knowledge of SPC, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Root Cause Analysis preferred</li><li>Familiarity with IATF 16949 / AIAG Core Tools preferred</li></ul><p data-start=\"1540\" data-end=\"1637\"><strong data-start=\"1540\" data-end=\"1566\">Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li data-start=\"1540\" data-end=\"1637\">Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally</li></ul><p data-start=\"1639\" data-end=\"1972\">R&amp;L Spring Company &amp; Medicoil are equal opportunity employers.
