If you enjoy working within systems, improving efficiency, and solving problems, we’d like to hear from you.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are seeking a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">High Voltage Superintendent</span> with experience in heavy civil, power, and industrial construction. This role requires someone who deeply understands high-voltage electrical infrastructure, electrical substations, transmission lines, and distribution systems. You must be able to safely coordinate civil site preparation with electrical installation, leading crews to execute safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project goals.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communicate relevant project information to the appropriate people in a timely and accurate manner.</li>\n<li>Understand project requirements and identify and develop plans for risks and opportunities.</li>\n<li>Develop and execute a detailed plan for high-voltage civil works, substation builds, and electrical grid infrastructure.</li>\n<li>Ensure all work is performed safely and according to project electrical and civil requirements the first time.</li>\n<li>Ensure crews are prepared daily for execution through defined planning processes.</li>\n<li>Oversee site grading, foundation pouring, trenching, conduit installation, grounding grids, and high-voltage equipment placement.</li>\n<li>Review time sheets and utilize the Quantity Log to ensure correct time and quantities.</li>\n<li>Develop and orchestrate work from a three-week look-ahead schedule aligned with the overall project schedule.</li>\n<li>Meet project execution and production goals; minimize rework.</li>\n<li>Create and maintain accurate Daily Activity Reports and job photos.</li>\n<li>Align manpower and equipment for optimal results while creating field personnel development opportunities.</li>\n<li>Protect and maintain all company and rental equipment and property.</li>\n<li>Compile daily labor hour review reports to ensure time and quantities align with the budget.</li>\n<li>Weekly review and analysis of project’s manpower and equipment.</li>\n<li>Ensure timely reporting of all accidents, incidents, rework, damage, and near misses.</li>\n<li>Maintain customer and utility partner relationships by staying engaged throughout the project.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in high voltage, power generation, or substation heavy civil construction.</li>\n<li>Proven experience with civil works for utilities (grounding grids, conduits, foundations, duct banks).</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of high-voltage safety standards (OSHA 1910.269, NFPA 70E), lockout/tagout (LOTO), and trench safety.</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, and electrical construction drawings, plans, and one-line diagrams.</li>\n<li>Experience developing and managing three-week look-ahead schedules.</li>\n<li>Strong leadership, communication, and sub-contractor management skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must have a valid driver's license.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must be a U.S. Citizen.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must participate in pre-employment and random drug screening program.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Subject to background screening process.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>To be considered for this position, you must first complete our Culture Index personality survey.
