Repairs and conducts maintenance of buildings, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Assist Facilities Manager in daily operations of repair and maintenance</li><li>Promptly handles all maintenance problems within the department areas of responsibility.</li><li>Ensure that premises and equipment are well maintained, clean and safe.&nbsp;</li><li>Follows procedures as pertains to delegation of tasks, use of equipment, safety, preventive maintenance, and repairs.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures the efficient and prompt handling of all department work orders and requests.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, with continual emphasis on promoting employee health and safety.&nbsp;</li><li>Adheres to all safety requirements and company safety policies. Assists in training colleagues in proper safety techniques. Ensures all safety standards are addressed, and possible safety hazards are quickly resolved.</li><li>Advises management of repairs, replacements, and maintenance necessary in assigned areas.</li><li>Responsible for the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).</li><li>Follows all safety standards and reports any safety hazards or corrects them immediately. Follows and understands National Fire Protection standards and SDS policy and procedures.</li><li>Works within budgetary constraints to be cost effective and efficient.</li><li>Must be able to work the required work schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays to include after hours on call rotation. Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.</li><li>Works physically onsite and provides excellent guest service to both internal and external guests as required.</li><li>Is a role model and positive champion of Prairie Flower Casino&rsquo;s Mission and Values. &nbsp; &nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred. &nbsp;Trade school degree is highly preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>1 year related experience with general working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and other repair work required. &nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to effectively use a computer as well as various software including Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English&nbsp;</li><li>Must be self-motivated, organized, and customer service oriented.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills necessary. Ability to read and interpret manuals, instructions, and schematics required.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.</li><li>Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions.</li><li>Must be able to maintain an appropriate Gaming License.</li><li>Must have and maintain a valid driver&#39;s license with a safe driving record.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li></ul><p><strong>PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
