    "description": "<h2>Role Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Sodexo Energy and Resource </strong>is seeking a <strong>Project Manager 2 - Construction </strong>to support a large, national energy account in <strong>El Segundo, California. </strong>This position will exclusively support projects and project managers in our national portfolio of work for a single client. Sodexo provides our corporate service partners with a diverse range of food services and integrated facilities management possibilities. From restaurants to delivery options, to streamlined operations and cutting-edge technology, Sodexo creates a safe, vibrant, and eco-friendly workplace.    </p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop project schedules and execute according to plan for assigned projects. </li>\n <li>Evaluate the contractual scope of work and the impact of client issued bulletins, field directives and/or scheduling changes. </li>\n <li>Actively pursue additional work through change orders. </li>\n <li>Perform associated cost estimates, prepare proposals, and negotiate final settlement price and customer acceptance. </li>\n <li>Effectively communicate project progress, issues, and financial status to management as required. </li>\n <li>Develop and maintain viable long-term relationships with consultants, prime contractors, and subcontractors.  </li>\n <li>Attend and lead job progress meetings as required. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
