As we grow our U.S. presence, we are looking for a Senior Management Consultant with prior experience from a leading management consultancy to strengthen our Operations Strategy offering in Raleigh.</p><p>This is an opportunity to combine analytical depth, operational excellence, and entrepreneurial drive in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment.</p><p><strong>Your Impact</strong></p><p>You will lead high-impact operations and supply chain transformation engagements across industries, working closely with senior executives to shape and implement operational strategies that deliver measurable performance improvements.</p><p>Your focus areas may include:</p><ul><li><p>End-to-end supply chain strategy and transformation</p></li><li><p>Cost management across the supply chain (our must-win battle)</p></li><li><p>Network design and footprint optimization</p></li><li><p>Operations performance improvement and productivity programs</p></li><li><p>S&amp;OP / Integrated Business Planning</p></li><li><p>Procurement and inventory optimization</p></li><li><p>Sustainability integration into supply chain strategy</p></li></ul><p>You will:</p><ul><li><p>Advise COOs and senior operations leaders</p></li><li><p>Lead complex transformation programs from strategy to implementation</p></li><li><p>Facilitate executive workshops and drive decision processes</p></li><li><p>Build strong, long-term client relationships</p></li><li><p>Contribute to business development and growth of our U.S. operations practice</p></li><li><p>Coach and develop consultants on and off projects</p></li></ul><p>We believe real impact happens when strategy and implementation go hand in hand.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li><p>Several years of experience from a reputable management consultancy</p></li><li><p>Expertise in Operations Strategy, Supply Chain, or Operational Transformation</p></li><li><p>A proven track record of leading complex programs and stakeholder landscapes</p></li><li><p>Deep understanding of cost structures and value drivers across the supply chain</p></li><li><p>Analytical sharpness combined with strong communication and leadership skills</p></li><li><p>An entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to help build a growing practice</p></li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li><p>Master’s degree (preferred) or bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic results</p></li><li><p>Authorization to work in the U.S.</p></li><li><p>Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check</p></li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><p>At Implement, culture is how we create results.
