The role also involves training staff in restoration principles, design methodologies, and field techniques to ensure project success</p>\n<h2><b>Responsibilities</b></h2>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Sales, Marketing, & Business Development:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Actively prospect and generate new ecological restoration business opportunities.</li>\n <li>Manage all aspects of sales (design, permit, build) within the assigned territory, including client engagement, marketing, customer service, and administrative tasks.</li>\n <li>Respond promptly to new project leads, conduct client meetings, and develop appropriate scopes of work.</li>\n <li>Set personal sales goals with the immediate supervisor and work towards achieving them.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain professional relationships with regulatory agencies.</li>\n <li>Represent the company positively within professional, trade, and civic organizations.</li>\n <li>Network with green industry businesses to identify new opportunities.</li>\n <li>Contribute to local office marketing strategies and initiatives.</li>\n <li>Represent the company at industry trade shows and events.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Project Management & Administration:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee ecological restoration projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and client expectations.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with permitting teams, including landscape architects, attorneys, engineers, and builders, to maintain project timelines, client goals, and regulatory compliance.</li>\n <li>Apply expertise in ecological restoration and environmental permitting to ensure high-quality, scientifically sound work.</li>\n <li>Develop species-specific programs using Tree and Shrub Care Plan technology.</li>\n <li>Lead technical presentations at regulatory review meetings to advocate for clients and ensure regulatory compliance.</li>\n <li>Ensure contracts are signed before job commencement.</li>\n <li>Prepare professional written reports and communications aligned with company standards.</li>\n <li>Maintain timely communication and adherence to company policies.</li>\n <li>Secure approval for all purchases from the appropriate division or home office.</li>\n <li>Perform assigned non-sales tasks, such as inventory and safety equipment management.</li>\n <li>Maintain company-issued vehicles in accordance with company policies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Personnel Management:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide technical guidance to design staff, ensuring that ecological principles and innovative design solutions are integrated into each project.</li>\n <li>Supervise project execution, ensuring work aligns with contract terms and client satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Participate in hiring and training production personnel.</li>\n <li>Develop and implement training programs to educate staff on ecological restoration principles, field techniques, and safety protocols.</li>\n <li>Conduct and participate in safety meetings.</li>\n <li>Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.</li>\n <li>Attend sales meetings and training sessions.</li>\n <li>Participate in employee performance reviews.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Safety & Regulatory Compliance:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Implement and enforce all safety, transportation, and pesticide compliance programs.</li>\n <li>Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality outcomes during construction phases.</li>\n <li>Maintain necessary licensing and certifications.</li>\n <li>Adhere to professional dress and hygiene standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Miscellaneous:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as an expert witness in court or governmental hearings (if applicable).</li>\n <li>Perform additional duties as assigned by the Local or Division Manager.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2><b>Qualifications</b></h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, Landscape Architecture, Natural Resources, or a related field.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecological restoration.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of ecological restoration design and implementation techniques.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with environmental permitting processes.</li>\n <li>Strong project management and organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2><b>Location : Name</b></h2>Seekonk\n<h2><b>Location : State/Province</b></h2>MA\n<h2><b>Category</b></h2>Consulting\n<h2><b>Latest Post Date: englishcareers</b></h2>6/1/2026\n<h2><b>Type</b></h2>Regular Part-Time",
