We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced <strong>Conference Service Supervisor</strong> to lead our banquet operations and uphold our commitment to excellence.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Overview:</strong><br>The Conference Service Supervisor is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all banquet functions to ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on leader with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional events.</p><p><br></p><p>This job description is not an exclusive or exhaustive list of all job function that an employee in this position may be asked to perform from time to time.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise all banquet operations, including setup, service, and breakdown of events.</li><li>Work closely with Sales, Catering, and Culinary teams to ensure event specifications are met.</li><li>Train, schedule, and lead banquet staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to service standards.</li><li>Oversee the setup of banquet rooms according to event orders and guest expectations.</li><li>Monitor and manage inventory of banquet supplies and equipment.</li><li>Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by consistently delivering quality service and responding to feedback.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.</li><li>Supervise event logistics and proactively resolve any issues or changes.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Banquet or event leadership experience in a hotel, conference center, or similar environment.</li><li>Proven leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li><li>Knowledge of banquet operations, audio/visual equipment, and food &amp; beverage service standards.</li></ul><p>EOE/M/F/V/D - All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.<br></p><p>Employees must comply with all occupational safety and health standards and regulations established by the Occupational Safety and Health Act and state and local regulations.</p>",
