We are seeking an experienced <strong>Dental Assistant</strong> or <strong>EDDA</strong> to join us <strong>full-time, Monday-Thursday</strong>. We are a fun, energetic, and cohesive team led by two fantastic dentists who are approachable, collaborative, and very knowledgeable about dentistry. The environment here is professional, but never boring—we believe you can take your work seriously while still having fun.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our ideal candidate will be <strong>hardworking, reliable and have a great sense of humor</strong>. If you are a <strong>Dental Assistant</strong> or <strong>EDDA</strong> with <strong>2 or more years of experience </strong>seeking a long term dental home, <strong>apply today-we'd love to hear from you!</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Schedule: </strong>Arrival at 7:45am each day</p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Monday</strong> 8am-5pm</li>\n <li><strong>Tuesday </strong>8am-5pm</li>\n <li><strong>Wednesday</strong> 8am-3pm in Summer, 8:30am-5pm in Fall (arrive 8:15am)</li>\n <li><strong>Thursday </strong>8am-5pm<strong> </strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation: </strong>$25-$30/hr, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits: </strong>We offer a robust benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, 401k match, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, and EAP.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Genuinely welcome patients into the practice and ensure their comfort</li>\n <li>Assist the dentist chairside with a variety of dental procedures </li>\n <li>A thorough review and update of the patient's health history</li>\n <li>Setup and breakdown of operatories</li>\n <li>Sterilize dental instruments according to OSHA regulations</li>\n <li>Present and enter treatment plans into Denticon</li>\n <li>Assist with stocking and ordering inventory</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>2+ years </strong>of experience as a dental assistant is required</li>\n <li><strong>Active CPR Certification required</strong></li>\n <li><strong>X-Ray Certification Required</strong></li>\n <li>Expanded Duty Dental Assistant (EDDA) Certification preferred</li>\n <li>Dental Assistant Certification preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><strong>Accepting applications until June 30, 2026 or we find the right candidate</strong></em></p>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $25.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr.",
