          "text": "<p>Responsible for Application Engineering activities for Conveyor Products.&#xa0; The role involves implementing the segment's strategy while maintaining balance between strategic initiatives and operational tasks, with a special focus on providing on-site support and troubleshooting applications for our main customer in Arizona.</p><p>HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT</p><ul><li>Initiate and supervise implementation of related Application Engineering activities (Customer projects, technical changes, quality improvements)</li><li>Conduct field inspections, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting for Conveyor Products</li><li>Safeguards committed standards of quality guidelines (internal and external), quality awareness, customer quality targets and observes customer care commitments</li><li>Segment strategy development and execution with their area of responsibility including deployment to and through their teams.</li><li>Analyze the market and technology and provide input to business strategies</li><li>Aligns with Product Development and Product Management of requirements and needs for the region</li><li>Attends strategic meetings with customers, conferences etc. to provide technical input or present the best engineered solution as possible</li><li>Selects and suggests best suited product specification for the application</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p>WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering(preferred) or related technical degree.</li><li>2+ years of experience in application engineering or a comparable function in the mining industry</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Strong MS Office suite experience (Excel and PPT)</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Up to 50% travel to customer sites for application support, project execution, and field troubleshooting</li></ul><p>ADDITIONAL&#xa0; WAYS TO STAND OUT</p><ul><li>5+ years of Mining Industry experience</li><li>Experience with industrial conveyor systems</li><li>Experience in direct customer facing roles&#xa0;</li></ul><p>&#xa0;Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
