We are looking for someone who will be tasked with building software automations to help teams at BibliU reduce their manual work &amp; improve their productivity. This will include both integrating best-in-class software, AI workflows, as well as building custom software. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">This person will embed themselves into our teams that then use these automations, while being part of a central ‘AI &amp; Automations’ function. This structure is intended to ensure this role remains close to teams that will make use of their work, so they can deeply understand their context and requirements, while having a central function to drive best practice, professional development and support.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">We would expect the successful person to use significant amounts of AI to build custom software - given the significant productivity benefits AI brings to software development.
