Partnering closely with operations and cross-functional teams, you will drive continuous improvement, strengthen quality systems, and ensure every product reflects our commitment to animal health, research-backed innovation, and producer success.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: 15pt; margin-bottom: 0in;\">If you’re passionate about quality, driven by science, and committed to making a meaningful impact on animal health, we encourage you to apply and join us in shaping the future of colostrum innovation.</p><div style=\"font-family: &quot;Segoe UI&quot;; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; line-height: 20px;\">&nbsp;</div><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Maintain and continuously improve the Food Safety Management System aligned with FSSC 22000 and GMP+</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal food safety and quality standards</li><li>Support and participate in external audits (FSSC, regulatory, customer) and internal audit programs, including corrective actions</li><li>Lead mock recall exercises and maintain readiness to protect product integrity</li><li>Investigate non-conformances and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)</li><li>Oversee vendor qualification programs, including audits, risk assessments, and ongoing monitoring</li><li>Manage document control systems (SOPs, records) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness</li><li>Partner with operations and production teams to embed quality, sanitation, and process control into daily practices</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Agriculture, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>5+ years of quality assurance experience in food, dairy, or agricultural processing environments</li><li>Proven experience with FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP+, and regulatory inspections or audits</li><li>Strong knowledge of Canadian food safety regulations and risk-based quality systems</li><li>Experience in supplier quality management and vendor qualification processes</li><li>Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability</li><li>Effective communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally</li><li>Comfortable working in production environments with occasional travel and schedule flexibility</li></ul>",
