Tomorrow, we will power checkout-free experiences anywhere you go to make the everyday experiences of living, working, and playing remarkable - giving us back our most valuable asset, time.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What you’ll do</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Deliver premier customer service to our clients. Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently.</li>\n <li>Ensure proactive communication with clients regarding opportunities to improve operations. </li>\n <li>Supervise valet attendant relations with clients to ensure that complaints, disagreements or misunderstandings about rates or services are resolved diplomatically. </li>\n <li>Hire, develop, train, and supervise a team of employees. </li>\n <li>Identify proper staffing levels to complete duties, deliver superior customer service, and perform daily job functions. </li>\n <li>Ensure that proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed. </li>\n <li>Maximizing profitability through revenue development, facility marketing, cash control procedures, expense reviews, and managing the operation's budget. </li>\n <li>Identify all procurement and vendor service needs of the location.</li>\n <li>Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash. </li>\n <li>Monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness standards. </li>\n <li>Monitor and review all damage claims. Recommend and implement plans or programs to improve the safety of operations to prevent the occurrence or reoccurrence of similar claims.</li>\n <li>Implement all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all OSHA laws.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>What you need   </strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Demonstrates ability to lead, manage and motivate team members.</p></li>\n <li><p>Passionate about customer service and client satisfaction.</p></li>\n <li><p>Prior experience developing budgets and P&L (Profit and Loss) review a plus.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to react and problem-solve quickly. </p></li>\n <li><p>Experience using various computer applications/systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
