Together, we’re creating a legacy that goes beyond business—one that’s changing the world for the better.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>In this role, the Global IT Infrastructure and Security Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, operation, and security of the organization’s global IT infrastructure. This role ensures high availability, performance, scalability, and security of systems, networks, cloud platforms, and data centers while aligning IT infrastructure strategy with business objectives.</p>\n<p>Reporting to and working with the Global Director, Business Systems and IT, the IT Infrastructure and Security Manager leads infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives, manages vendors and service providers, and ensures compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on operational leadership.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Accountabilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Infrastructure Strategy &amp; Operations</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute the global IT infrastructure roadmap aligned with business and digital transformation goals.</li>\n<li>Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, backups, virtualization, cloud environments, and endpoints.</li>\n<li>Ensure high system availability, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity planning.</li>\n<li>Manage data centers, cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure environments.</li>\n<li>Monitor infrastructure performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cybersecurity &amp; Risk Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain the organization’s cybersecurity strategy and framework.</li>\n<li>Implement and manage security controls including firewalls, endpoint protection, SIEM, IAM, encryption, and vulnerability management.</li>\n<li>Lead incident response planning and coordinate remediation efforts for security incidents.</li>\n<li>Conduct risk assessments, penetration testing, and security audits.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, GDPR, etc.).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Governance &amp; Compliance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain documentation of systems architecture, configurations, and security controls.</li>\n<li>Support internal and external audits and ensure timely remediation of findings.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Leadership &amp; Team Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, mentor, and develop a team of infrastructure and security professionals.</li>\n<li>Define team objectives, performance metrics, and professional development plans.</li>\n<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Systems, Application Development, and other departments to support enterprise initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Vendor</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage relationships with infrastructure and security vendors and service providers.</li>\n<li>Negotiate contracts and oversee SLAs to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>To thrive in this role, you should bring:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education and Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Certifications (Preferred)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>CISSP, CISM, or CISA</li>\n<li>Azure/AWS certifications</li>\n<li>ITIL, PMP, or equivalent</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">T</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">echnical Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, firewalls).</li>\n<li>Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).</li>\n<li>Expertise in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).</li>\n<li>Familiarity with identity and access management, endpoint security, SIEM, and vulnerability management tools.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Soft Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>The capability to simplify complex problems, conduct root cause analysis, and provide clear, well-thought-out recommendations.</li>\n<li>Team-oriented leadership skills with a proactive approach.</li>\n<li>An ability to communicate openly and authentically in all situations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Armstrong Fluid Technology?</span></p>\n<p>By joining us, you’ll become part of a global community dedicated to pushing the boundaries of fluid-flow technology while upholding Armstrong's commitment to sustainability.
