We blend Southern hospitality, live entertainment, and scenic river cruising into one-of-a-kind experiences.</p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Craft classic, specialty, and craft cocktails with consistency and accuracy&nbsp;</li><li>Deliver warm, polished, guest-focused service&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain par levels, restock bars, and ensure clean, organized workspaces&nbsp;</li><li>Operate POS systems efficiently and ensure accurate guest billing&nbsp;</li><li>Follow all alcohol service laws and responsible beverage service standards&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain sanitation, hygiene, and department of health compliance and maritime standards</li><li>Participate in safety drills and follow all vessel safety procedures&nbsp;</li><li>Work collaboratively to support smooth onboard operations&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li>2-3 years of bartending experience required; 1-2 years of upscale or high-volume experience preferred</li><li>Strong cocktail knowledge and ability to work efficiently under pressure&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent communication and guest-service skills&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to follow detailed procedures, recipes, and safety requirements&nbsp;</li><li>Comfortable working aboard vessels in tight spaces and dynamic environments</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs</li><li>Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed</li><li>Ability to work onboard for 2–5 hour cruises; occasional extended shifts up to 12 hours</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive Pay</li><li>Medical &amp; ancillary benefits (Full-time Employees)</li><li>401(k) with Employer Match</li><li>Subsidized Parking</li><li>Complimentary Cruise Tickets &amp; Brand Discounts</li></ul><p><strong>Ready to help Nashville Riverboats make waves?
