    "description": "<p>Diversified Construction &amp; Design is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our growing Mechanical Division. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We offer a competitive compensation package, including employer-sponsored health insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and Paid Time Off.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Experience: </span></p>\n<p>While the specifications listed below describe the ideal candidate, we understand that your career path might look different and encourage all qualified candidates to apply.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree); minimum high school diploma required</li>\n<li>5+ years of experience managing construction projects in industries such as oil refining, petrochemical, natural gas, chemical, or wood products</li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or managerial role</li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general technology tools</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of construction practices, safety regulations, and multi-discipline coordination</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promote our company to actively seek and secure new customers</li>\n<li>Actively help develop capitol/discretionary budgets, short term as well as long term.</li>\n<li>Display multi-craft supervision/management skills within operating facilities.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with project stakeholders to quickly resolve issues.</li>\n<li>Management of subcontractor solicitation, selection, coordination and evaluation.</li>\n<li>Development of bid proposals and project estimates.</li>\n<li>Research project specifications and make constructability evaluations.</li>\n<li>Perform material take-offs and obtain procurement pricing</li>\n<li>Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders</li>\n<li>Develop and execute project communication plans</li>\n<li>Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends</li>\n<li>Perform both field and office responsibilities as needed to support project and business needs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Schedule</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday to Friday</li>\n</ul>",
