BCBA&rsquo;s will also have multi-level management responsibilities in the areas of therapist and center management, with the purpose of overseeing operations of autonomous centers while maintaining compliance of standardized protocols and procedures.</p><p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Supervise client caseload of multiple clients</p><p>Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments and based off these assessments design and create top quality individualized treatment programs</p><p>Oversee and maintain accurate and organized client notes, data, and reports for tracking and auditing purposes</p><p>Provide supervision for candidates in approved programs (RBT, BCBA and ACM)</p><p>Train staff and /or family members to ensure appropriate implementation of the behavior support plan (i.e. &ndash; all staff meetings, monthly parent trainings, parent workshops, etc.)</p><p>Evaluate effectiveness of the behavioral intervention plan by means of direct observation and analyzing data and making necessary adjustments and updates to optimize progress.</p><p>Conduct regular mentor meetings and established performance evaluations for clinical staff and provide</p><p>feedback in areas of strength or improvement</p><p>Maintain positive, driven culture amongst therapists, clients, and their families</p><p>Oversee the ongoing operations of the center to ensure policies and procedures are implemented and</p><p>followed through by all staff</p><p>Ensure centers are well maintained and organized; communicating structural or facility issues to the</p><p>Office Administrator immediately to ensure they are addressed</p><p><strong>Compensation and Benefits:</strong></p><p>Competitive salary based on experience</p><p>Sign On Bonus Distributed in Two Payments</p><p>Paid Relocation Expenses</p><p>Research opportunities</p><p>Generous PTO (Paid Time Off)</p><p>Health benefits which include medical, dental, vision, and 401K plan</p><p>Leadership training and CEU&rsquo;s</p><p>Company laptop provided to active employees</p><p>Company incentive programs</p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification (Required)</p><p>2+ years in a supervisor level position preferred</p><p>Established management skills</p><p>Ability to multi-task and prioritize</p><p>Strong verbal and written communication skills</p></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n    </div>\n  </div>\n",
