This role ensures safe operation of truck and trailer equipment, accurate completion of required logs and documentation, and delivery of exceptional service to internal and external customers.</p>\n<p>The CDL Driver operates in full compliance with all Federal Motor Carrier regulations and applicable DOT requirements, including drug and alcohol testing standards.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Shift Schedule: </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Shift A works Sunday - Tuesday (6:00AM – 6:00PM) and Wednesdays (6AM – 12PM).</p>\n<p>Shift B works Sunday night - Tuesday night (6:00PM – 6:00AM), and Wed (6PM – 12AM Thur).</p>\n<p>Shift C works Thursday - Saturday, (6:00AM – 6:00PM) and Wed (12:00PM – 6:00PM).</p>\n<p>Shift D works Thursday - Saturday nights, (6:00PM – 6:00AM), and Thur (12:00AM – 6:00AM).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>\n<h3><strong>Transportation & Safety</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Safely operate commercial truck and trailer in accordance with DOT and company policies</p></li>\n <li><p>Transport materials to and from specified destinations using knowledge of commercial driving regulations and regional road systems</p></li>\n <li><p>Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety and compliance</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain accurate and up-to-date driver logs and trip documentation</p></li>\n <li><p>Secure loads to prevent shifting or damage during transport</p></li>\n <li><p>Immediately report accidents, incidents, mechanical issues, or safety concerns</p></li>\n <li><p>Comply with all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) drug and alcohol testing regulations</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Regulatory & Compliance</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Maintain compliance with DOT, OSHA, and applicable Federal and State transportation regulations</p></li>\n <li><p>Support TTB and regulatory compliance requirements where applicable</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain required certifications and endorsements</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure proper documentation for HazMat and tanker loads when applicable</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist in managing fleet permits and licenses</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Customer Service & Operations Support</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Provide professional and timely service to customers and internal stakeholders</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure accurate and on-time deliveries</p></li>\n <li><p>Communicate delays, route changes, or service issues promptly</p></li>\n <li><p>Support safe loading and unloading activities</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain clean and professional vehicle appearance</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications/Requirements</h2>\n<h2><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Valid <strong>Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)</strong></p></li>\n <li><p>Clean driving record</p></li>\n <li><p>HazMat endorsement (required for certain roles)</p></li>\n <li><p>Tanker endorsement (required for certain roles)</p></li>\n <li><p>Must meet all Federal Motor Carrier and DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to pass DOT physical and background requirements</p></li>\n <li><p>Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>2+ years of commercial driving experience</p></li>\n <li><p>Experience transporting regulated or hazardous materials</p></li>\n <li><p>Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELDs)</p></li>\n <li><p>Experience with fleet compliance documentation</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Core Competencies</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Integrity and accountability</p></li>\n <li><p>Safety-first mindset</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong decision-making skills</p></li>\n <li><p>Time management and route planning</p></li>\n <li><p>Customer focus</p></li>\n <li><p>Attention to detail</p></li>\n <li><p>Problem-solving ability</p></li>\n <li><p>Professional communication</p></li>\n</ul>",
