We are seeking a dedicated Quality Improvement Consultant to develop, coordinate, and evaluate continuous quality improvement activities across assigned populations, supporting the organization’s strategic goals and enhancing patient care outcomes.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></i></p><p><i><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Position Overview:</strong></span></i></p><p><i><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">The Quality Improvement Consultant works independently and leads specific work groups to analyze gaps in clinical care and identify barriers to care. They facilitate the organization’s performance improvement processes in collaboration with project teams and leadership.
