The certificate program will be paired with hands-on clinical hours teaching the students techniques and procedures vital to becoming a certified CT Technologist.</li><li>Assist in preparing Cat Scan equipment and examination rooms for procedures.</li><li>Perform basic Cat Scans under supervision, following protocols for various body parts and imaging techniques.&nbsp;</li><li>Safely administer starter IV, and correctly utilize the power injector for exams requiring IV contrast.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor patients during scans and respond promptly to any patient concerns or issues.</li><li>Ensure accurate recording and labeling of images and patient data.</li><li>May perform additional duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Education:&nbsp;</strong>Graduate of an accredited school of radiography</li><li><strong>Experience</strong>: 1 year of clinical working experience or recent graduate of an accredited Radiography program</li><li><strong>Certification:&nbsp;</strong><ul><li>Must be certified by ARRT as a Radiologic Technologist upon start&nbsp;</li><li>Must obtain CT Certification within 12 months of hire date</li></ul></li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><strong>About Inova Health System</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>We are Inova, Northern Virginia’s leading nonprofit healthcare provider.
