There are no ongoing or permanent opportunities attached to this position.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">🎯 </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">THE ROLE</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">As Supervisory Crew, you will lead and support teams during the build and dismantle of four large venues across Glasgow. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical capability, excellent safety awareness, and proven experience managing crew on live project sites.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You will work closely with Construction Managers and site leadership to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">🛠️ </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Supervise and lead crew teams during installation and removal phases</span></li>\n<li><span>Assemble and dismantle structural systems, scaffolding and associated infrastructure</span></li>\n<li><span>Oversee working at height activities and ensure compliance at all times</span></li>\n<li><span>Interpret drawings and RAMS to guide safe execution of works</span></li>\n<li><span>Coordinate daily tasks to meet programme deadlines</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure correct use of tools, plant and access equipment</span></li>\n<li><span>Monitor safe handling and movement of materials</span></li>\n<li><span>Report hazards, incidents and near misses immediately</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain a safety-first approach across all venues</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">🦺 </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">HEALTH &amp; SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Attend Daily Activity Briefings (DABS)</span></li>\n<li><span>Comply with all site safety rules, PPE requirements and client policies</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure WAH controls and rescue plans are understood and followed</span></li>\n<li><span>Monitor crew welfare including dehydration and fatigue</span></li>\n<li><span>Know emergency procedures, first aid locations and equipment points</span></li>\n<li><span>Stop work and report anything unsafe immediately</span></li>\n<li><span>Never operate with damaged tools or uncertain methods. Always escalate</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">💼 </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU WILL BRING</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Proven experience supervising crew teams on construction or event sites</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong Working at Height (WAH) knowledge and practical experience</span></li>\n<li><span>Scaffolding or structural build experience</span></li>\n<li><span>Basic carpentry skills</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to interpret structural drawings and site documentation</span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent time management and organisational skills</span></li>\n<li><span>Sound knowledge of health &amp; safety principles</span></li>\n<li><span>Confident leadership style with clear communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure</span></li>\n<li><span>Seating installation or event overlay experience (preferred)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">🌍 </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WORK ENVIRONMENT</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This is a site-based, hands-on role working across multiple venues <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">within Glasgow only</span>.
