In this role, you’ll work with stakeholders to analyze data, build reports, and deliver insights that support operational and financial decision-making.</span></p><p><span><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></span><br><span>• Partner with stakeholders to source and analyze data from multiple datasets</span><br><span>• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards aligned to business needs</span><br><span>• Support ad-hoc reporting and special analytics projects</span><br><span>• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities</span><br><span>• Document reporting processes and support data quality improvements</span></p><p><span><strong>Job Skills/Requirements</strong></span><br><span>• Experience supporting reporting, analytics, or data-focused roles</span><br><span>• Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel</span><br><span>• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</span><br><span>• Experience working with large datasets</span><br><span>• Ability to translate data findings into clear business insights</span></p><p><span><strong>Additional Information:</strong></span><br><span>• Hybrid, business-facing role</span><br><span>• Contract opportunity with potential to extend or convert</span><br><span>• Exposure to diverse data sources and reporting needs</span></p><p><span><strong>Pay Range:</strong></span><br><span>• Pay Range: $30-35/hour</span></p><p><span><em>YUPRO Placement is the nation’s leading skills-first placement firm placing and promoting historically overlooked talent into permanent hire, apprenticeship, and contract job assignments.
