font-size: 15px;\">We strive to be progressive, dependable and knowledgeable, while providing compassionate, evidence-based care to the residents of northwest Kansas.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">The <span style=\"color: #000000;\">RRT</span> will report to the Cardiopulmonary Manager and be responsible for Student Respiratory Therapists working onsite.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold;\">What you’ll do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Administer all modalities of the Cardiopulmonary Department as described in the policy and procedure manual.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Consult with physicians and other healthcare staff to develop and modify individual patient care plans.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Evaluate patients by performing limited physical examinations and conducting diagnostic tests including those that measure lung capacity tests and acidity and alkalinity of the blood.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Treat patients by using oxygen or oxygen mixtures, chest physiotherapy, and aerosol medications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Teach patients/residents how to use medications and equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Perform regular checks on patients and equipment.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold;\">What you bring to the table:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Valid Kansas Respiratory Therapist license, <span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">If not yet certified with the state of Kansas, must obtain certification within 3 months.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Certified Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Current BLS for Healthcare Provider CPR or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer Certification</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Graduate of an AMA approved Respiratory Care Program</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Possess interpersonal skills to deal well with the public and co-workers in a professional and cooperative manner.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;
