    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Responsible for identifying, implementing, maintaining, and supervising continuous improvement opportunities/events for all divisions of Atlas by performing the following duties.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintains and continue to improve current improvement project metrics.</li>\n <li>Supports line walks, white boards, and other Lean initiatives.</li>\n <li>Implements continuous improvement projects as needed or requested by Division OR by VP of Qualty and Continuous Improvement.</li>\n <li>Maintains/Audits ongoing or completely continuous improvement projects.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. A. / A. S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Certificates and Licenses:</strong></p>\n<p>Six Sigma Green/Black Belt Preferred</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lean manufacturing tools</li>\n <li>time management</li>\n <li>organizational skills</li>\n <li>change management</li>\n <li>databases and reporting</li>\n <li>facilitation skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p>\n<p>The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
