They set up hardware and software, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist in performing root cause analysis under supervision of the System Administrator.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Responsibilities and Duties</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Follows up in a timely manner on Support Request Tickets in TBPO’s helpdesk system.</li>\n<li>Communicates efficiently in a professional manner with end-users and colleagues in IT department.</li>\n<li>Ensuring that IT policies as per the TBPO IT Policy Manual are being followed by end-users. Report breaches to System Administrator.</li>\n<li>Ensuring that Anti-Virus software, OS, and 3rd party software patches are applied and updated at the user-level.</li>\n<li>Responsible for end-user AUP awareness training.</li>\n<li>Manages documentation of TBPO’s asset control per site.</li>\n<li>Install and maintain TBPO’s wiring infrastructure per site.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Required Knowledge and Skills</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A+ accreditation advantageous.</li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills.</li>\n<li>Proficient in software installation, including Microsoft Office 365.</li>\n<li>Attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Good problem-solving skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Evaluation of Performance</span></span></p>\n<p>The Jr IT Technician will be evaluated regularly to ensure process and procedures are consistently adhered to. </p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Reporting Structure </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct Manager: IT Team Leader</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Education/Experience</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>1+ years experience in computer networks and systems maintenance.</li>\n</ul>",
