This is a cross-functional, customer-facing role partnering with Sales, Solutions Design, Pricing, and Operations to ensure solutions are commercially sound and operationally executable.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;\"><li>Lead customer discovery and translate needs into solution requirements</li><li>Support opportunity qualification (win probability, fit, reason for change)</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions</li><li>Validate and challenge cost inputs for accuracy and competitiveness</li><li>Partner with Pricing (does not build pricing models)</li><li>Lead 5–10 concurrent bids ensuring timelines and quality</li><li>Support customer presentations and deal negotiations</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;\"><li>&nbsp;Bachelor's Degree in Engineering</li><li>10+ years in 3PL, operations, engineering, or solutions design</li><li>Experience leading complex bids and customer engagements</li><li>Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain</li><li>Commercial acumen in cost modeling and solution development</li><li>Program/project management expertise (PMP or equivalent)</li><li>Ability to lead cross-functional teams</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><i><strong>Please note</strong>: This position does not offer sponsorship for employment visas.
