We are looking for passionate, driven individuals to join our team focused on <em>Delivering Solutions</em> and <em>Improving Lives</em>.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>NV5 is seeking a full-time <strong>Utility Services Technician II</strong> for our <strong>Alpharetta, GA</strong> office. The most frequent and essential work activities include: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Being able to pair count and positively identify utility owners and cable sizes.</li>\n <li>Assist with operation and maintenance of vacuum excavation truck.</li>\n <li>Be knowledgeable of the quality levels of SUE and how to differentiate between each one.</li>\n <li>Provide support for utility services/survey staff as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED</li>\n <li>1-3 years of utility designation experience</li>\n <li>Must possess or be able to obtain a valid driver’s license prior to employment</li>\n <li>Ability to travel (up to 60% of the time)</li>\n <li>Microsoft Excel experience – can learn and understand new software</li>\n <li>Familiarity with iPad or tablet, a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Work Environment and Physical Demands </strong></p>\n<p>The characteristics described below are representative of those encountered while performing the essential functions of this position.
