    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\">Job Title: Product Development Engineer</p><p>Job Summary:&nbsp;</p><p>Responsible for new product and tooling development. Execute tooling/fixtures designs, optimization, and &nbsp;preventative trouble-shooting in coordniate with product processes; ensure production&#39;s stability and efficiency.</p><p>Job Functions:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Responsible for development of new products; Identify product development risk for new project.</li><li>Responsible for confirmation of product standard requirements based on customer requests.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for design, verification, and debugging of new product and fixtures based on project target, timeline, and budget; Ensure newly-developed &nbsp;tooling associated with specific product to be effective; &nbsp;</li><li>Responsible to monitor and aid the new product sample build with related tooling and fixtures.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for improving current fixture by optimizing designs, mechanisms or technical specification; Avoid such similar issues encountered in future development projects based on gathered experiences.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for solving technical problems during project development and production.</li><li>Familiar with relevant quality system, TS16949 and five tools.&nbsp;</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li><li>Nothing in the Position Description restricts management&#39;s right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.</li></ul><p>Qualification</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ability to read and understand English documents as needed. Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers. Ability to speak, read and/or write Mandarin is a plus.</li><li>1 or more years manufacturing experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.</li><li>Junior college and above, major in mechanical engineering or technology.</li><li>Healthy. &nbsp;Able to travel. &nbsp;Able to work in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Experienced with manufacturing processes. &nbsp;Knowledge of automotive glass production a plus.</li><li>Proficient in office software such as WORD, EXCEL, Power Point, &amp; Outlook</li><li>Proficient in three-dimensional software UG, CATIA, and AutoCAD. &nbsp;</li><li>Experience in APQP documents such as [failure mode (FMEA), BOM, process flow diagram, DVP&amp;R, etc.]</li><li>Experience in project development is preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>3 to 6 months at start may be spent in production environment for training purposes.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Work Environment:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bright, clean and well-ventilated office building.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
