We are committed to helping medical teams deliver the best respiratory care ‑ to anyone, anywhere.\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>As the <strong>Clinical Implementation Specialist – Digital Solutions</strong>, you will be responsible for supporting the <strong>clinical implementation, adoption, and sustained use</strong> of Hamilton Medical’s <strong>clinical decision support systems (CDSS)</strong> for respiratory and critical care. This role focuses on integrating Digital Solutions into real-world clinical workflows and supporting clinicians in their effective and appropriate use. Preferred locations include: Chicago, IL; Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Candidates with experience primarily limited to one-time product training or in-service education, without responsibility for post-go-live adoption, optimization, or change management, will not meet the requirements for this role.</strong></em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>CDSS Clinical Implementation & Workflow Integration</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the clinical implementation of respiratory care CDSS solutions within ICU and acute care environments.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with respiratory therapy leadership, physicians, and clinical stakeholders to integrate CDSS into existing ventilation protocols and workflows.</li>\n <li>Support alignment of CDSS usage with institutional policies, clinical guidelines, and site-specific practices.</li>\n <li>Assess site readiness and adapt implementation approaches to local clinical environments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Clinical Decision Support Enablement</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Educate clinicians on the clinical rationale, intended use, and appropriate application of CDSS recommendations.</li>\n <li>Support clinicians in understanding how CDSS insights complement clinical judgment and decision-making.</li>\n <li>Reinforce appropriate use of CDSS outputs to support consistent, evidence-based respiratory care.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Training, Go-Live & Adoption Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design and deliver user training programs as part of a broader CDSS implementation and adoption strategy.</li>\n <li>Provide hands-on clinical support during go-live and early adoption phases.</li>\n <li>Monitor early usage patterns and support identification and resolution of adoption barriers.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>User Engagement & Champion Development</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Identify and develop clinical champions and super users within respiratory therapy and ICU teams.</li>\n <li>Build trusted relationships with frontline clinicians to support sustained engagement with CDSS.</li>\n <li>Collect structured clinical feedback related to usability, workflow fit, and clinical relevance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Post-Implementation Support & Collaboration</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support customers through post-go-live optimization and stabilization phases.</li>\n <li>Partner closely with Business Development Managers to ensure continuity from sale through clinical adoption.</li>\n <li>Share clinical insights and field learnings with internal product, clinical, and commercial teams.</li>\n <li>Represent Hamilton Medical’s values and patient-centered mission in all customer interactions.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong clinical credibility in respiratory and critical care environments.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to educate, train, and influence clinicians in fast-paced clinical settings.</li>\n <li>Ability to support clinical change, workflow adoption, and practice improvement initiatives.</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.</li>\n <li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple implementations in parallel.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.</li>\n <li>Ability to work remotely and travel as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education/Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or healthcare-related field or equivalent clinical experience <strong>required.</strong></li>\n <li>Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in respiratory care, critical care, or ICU settings <strong>required.</strong></li>\n <li>Experience in clinical education, clinical implementation, or respiratory care practice improvement initiatives <strong>required</strong>.</li>\n <li>Clinical background (e.g., Respiratory Therapist, ICU Nurse, or equivalent clinical role) <strong>required.</strong></li>\n <li>Experience supporting clinical workflow adoption and sustained use of clinical or digital solutions beyond initial training delivery <strong>required</strong>.</li>\n <li>Experience working with clinical decision support systems (CDSS), digital health tools, or clinical software <strong>s</strong><strong>trongly preferred.</strong></li>\n <li>Experience supporting early-stage or newly introduced digital or CDSS solutions in clinical environments <strong>preferred</strong>.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Hamilton</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Established, stable, and reliable company.</li>\n <li>Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision insurance;
