This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual who thrives outdoors, enjoys leading by example, and values integrity.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position: Commercial Pool Service Lead</span></span></p>\n<p>As a Pool Service Lead<br>, you will oversee pool operations at a designated commercial property. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that pool and spa systems run safely and efficiently, performing maintenance activities, monitoring water quality, and upholding our commitment to resort-quality service.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform routine cleaning, water testing, and pool maintenance.</li>\n<li>Safely handle and apply pool chemicals in compliance with company standards.</li>\n<li>Test and balance water chemistry for safe and clear conditions.</li>\n<li>Brush tile lines, pool walls, and pool bottoms to maintain cleanliness.</li>\n<li>Inspect, maintain, test, and diagnose pool equipment performance.</li>\n<li>Identify equipment repair needs and communicate them promptly to the office.</li>\n<li>Complete daily field documentation and site reports accurately.</li>\n<li>Follow One Stop Pool Pros’ proven service methods to deliver consistent results.</li>\n<li>Work independently on-site while maintaining communication with management.</li>\n<li>Comply with all safety procedures, including safe working and driving habits.</li>\n<li>Uphold company standards of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">customer service, professionalism, and ethical conduct</span>.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Requirements for this position are that you have:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Certified Pool Operator (CPO)</span> certification (required).</li>\n<li>Valid Florida driver’s license with a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">clean driving record</span>.</li>\n<li>Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.</li>\n<li>Able to lift up to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">100 lbs</span>.</li>\n<li>Ability to read and write in English.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Bilingual (Spanish)</span> a plus<span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span>Compensation: Commensurate with Experience</span></p>\n<p><span>Employment Type: FULL TIME</span></p>\n<p><span>Vacation Pay, Sick Pay </span></p>\n<p><span>One Stop Pool Pros, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer</span></p>",
