Here are the primary responsibilities and skills associated with Job responsibility-</p>\n    <p>&nbsp;</p>\n    <ul>\n     <li><span>Network design and Planning for Packetization and Network NMS Server covering TX Network, DCN, GPON, Layer 2 Switch.&nbsp;</span></li>\n     <li><span>Budgeting &amp; Material-planning for Access Network and Capex proposal for new deployment.</span></li>\n     <li><span>Capacity Management and Analysis for TX network of fiber segment for HWM, LWM, GPON Capacity in OLT network.</span></li>\n     <li><span>AOP planning for Access Network</span></li>\n     <li><span>Budgeting &amp; Material planning for Access Network</span></li>\n     <li><span>preparation of Various network Proposal&nbsp;</span></li>\n     <li><span>Monitor and analysed network capacity trends to predict and prevent potential congestion (HWM)</span></li>\n     <li><span>Create upgrade plans for network expansion and handle capacity requests to support new site integrations and customer requirements&nbsp;(Capacity Enhancement)</span></li>\n     <li><span>Analyse and resolve network issues related to transmission systems by conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.&nbsp;</span></li>\n     <li><span>Planning Optimization of Transmission network from legacy to new Technology (SDH to Packet, optimization of Zero Topology)</span></li>\n     <li><span>New Technology adoption with help of Strategic planning team</span></li>\n     <li>Access planning network Audit</li>\n     <li><span>Technical Documentation and Compliance&nbsp;Prepare technical documentation and compliance guidelines, establishing processes for operational standards.</span></li>\n     <li><span>Optimization of network for IRU and Site optimisation for Opex saving. Planning Optimization of Transmission network from legacy to new Technology (SDH to Packet, optimization of Zero Topology and Zero drop muxes)</span></li>\n     <li><span>Collaboration with Cross-Domain -Collaborate with network deployment teams to oversee the installation and testing.&nbsp; Work with regional team and customer support teams to address technical issues and improve service quality.
