Our mission is to consistently provide the ultimate solution for high value working environments through our continuous investment into the best people, technology, and processes.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Job</span></p>\n<p>Ardmac are looking to recruit Project Managers for various locations around the EU including for upcoming data centre fit out projects.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job purpose</span></p>\n<p>The management of project teams including design and supply chain to ensure safe and quality delivery of projects on time and within budget to client’s satisfaction.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties and responsibilities</span></p>\n<p>In this role, you will be working on the following tasks (non-exhaustive):</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>PRE-CONTRACT:</p>\n<p>Responsible for:           </p>\n<ul>\n<li>input into the preparation of estimates and tenders following appropriate site visits; reviewing tenders with operations team as necessary</li>\n<li>planning and programming of work.</li>\n<li>understand and develop V.E opportunities (both pre and post-contract).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br>POST CONTRACT:</p>\n<p>Responsible for:           </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adhering to Ardmac “Safety First” Guiding Principles.</li>\n<li>Ensuring each contract is properly planned and programmed.</li>\n<li>Ensuring production and commercial procedures are implemented across all projects.</li>\n<li>Preparation of contract budget in conjunction with profit centre surveyor and monitoring of performance and acting when necessary to improve and meet Margin Enhancement Plan.</li>\n<li>Implementation of all Company safety, health, environmental and quality procedures ensuring statutory compliance across all projects.</li>\n<li>Develop contract programme with Contracts and Site Manager, ensuring necessary resources are in place and establishing sequence and timing of operations for the completion of the work.</li>\n<li>Managing and authorising the procurement and placing of sub-contractor and supplier orders in accordance with the programme and Limit of Authority document.</li>\n<li>Understand and manage project contract and amendments</li>\n<li>Recruitment and management of site personnel in line with Company HR policies and procedures.</li>\n<li>Attendance at and chairing as appropriate and necessary, Contract Review Meeting.</li>\n<li>Form and maintain professional relationships with Client, Project and Design teams and Supply Chain.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications and experience</span></p>\n<p>If you have the following skills and experience, you may be interested in applying for the position....</p>\n<p>High level of ability and advanced knowledge of:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>- Construction methods and technologies<br>- Commercial strategy and innovation to maximise profit delivery and cash management.<br>- Knowledge and understanding of subcontract/material orders and procurement.<br>- Preparation and understanding of financial reports.<br>- Ability to manage multiple projects.<br>- Knowledge of health and safety, quality procedures and construction industry best practice.<br>- Experience of construction in a pharmaceutical environment an advantage. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we offer</span><br>There are many benefits to working with Ardmac.
