    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>As an Operator I, you will be responsible for operating manufacturing equipment according to specifications.&nbsp; This is an entry level production position.&nbsp; The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday (7am to 3pm) will overtime required on weekends.&nbsp; You will report to the Production Supervisor and be part of the Production Team. This role is based in Beacon, New York.</p><p>A day in the life of an Operator I can look like</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Creating a safe work environment by ensuring all safety procedures are followed.</li><li>Managing the production process to ensure product meets quality specifications.</li><li>Working as a team to efficiently set up and monitor production of machines.</li><li>Reviews production schedule and verifies expectations of the shift</li><li>Reads and communicates Process Route Sheet to determine specific requirements of the job</li><li>Operate machines according to Standard Operating Procedures</li><li>Maintains housekeeping and organization of assigned area</li><li>Communicates quality and safety issues to supervisor immediately</li><li>Complete other tasks as assigned by the supervisor</li><li>Operate forklift to move material</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>We are looking for you to have</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>High School diploma or equivalent</li><li>Excellent Communication Skills</li><li>Experience in manufacturing environment preferred</li><li>Forklift experience</li><li>Positive team spirit</li><li>Entrepreneurial and customer focus</li><li>Learning agility</li><li>Ability to deliver what is promised</li><li>Ability to build relationships through collaboration</li><li>Ability to work in hot and cold conditions</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>What we offer you</p><p>The benefits of working at AMMEGA go beyond the daily work.
