ECHO is a nonprofit that offers lifelong support for adults with disabilities. We provide skill building, job placement, day support and transportation. Our services empower individuals to be active members of the community.</p><p><strong>Job Duties</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Provide supervision and care for the participants</li><li>Contribute to the development and implementation of activities</li><li>Engage participants in a variety of activities and community engagement based on the participants desires and abilities.</li><li>Provide personal care including toileting, changing diapers, etc.</li><li>Assist some participants with walking with gait belt</li><li>Follow appropriate seizure protocols</li><li>Understand and implement person-centered individual service plans</li><li>Maintain up-to-date documentation</li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Position Requirements</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and/or directly related work experience</li><li>Experience in vocational and/or day support training of persons with disabilities</li><li>Must possess valid driver&rsquo;s license and driving record meeting insurance requirements</li><li>Successful completion of drug/alcohol screening and a background check to include fingerprinting</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p><ul><li>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
