    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Applications Team Lead, under indirect supervision, oversees the management of multiple application modernization projects for the U.S. Army Product Lead Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology Enterprise Systems and Services (PL ALTESS).</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>· Responsibilities include requirements gathering, estimating Level of Effort (LOE), drafting development stories, facilitating backlog reviews & sprint planning meetings, coordinating resources, reviewing QA results, and performing final review.</p>\n<p>· Manages resources across each development effort and provides staffing recommendations for new or expanding projects.</p>\n<p>· Provides budget reports to track burn rates across each project to ensure projects stay within budget.</p>\n<p>· Manages master project schedule and reprioritizes efforts to prevent collisions.</p>\n<p>· Works directly with customers to communicate project status.</p>\n<p>· Works with the development teams to identify areas for improvements and gain efficiencies.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>· Senior Application Project management experience utilizing agile development best practices.</p>\n<p>· Three or more years’ experience with Agile development processes and tools.</p>\n<p>· Three or more years’ experience with Quality Assurance (AQ) application testing.</p>\n<p>· Three or more years’ experience managing budgets and resources across multiple application projects.</p>\n<p>· Strong verbal and written communication skills.</p>\n<p>· Strong verbal and written communication skills.</p>\n<p>· Experience effectively managing multiple large-scale projects.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>· Bachelor’s degree in a technical/business discipline or equivalent years of experience managing application development projects.</p>\n<p>· Working knowledge of DoD STIGs, and IAVM.</p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p>Integral partners with federal defense, intelligence, and civilian leaders to tackle their most important challenges and deliver positive outcomes.
