We are looking for those looking to be part of this exciting endeavor and share our mission of being the best waste solutions company in Texas.<br>&nbsp;<br>As they say, &quot;There is no business, like trash business.&quot;&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>What We Are Looking For!</strong><br>&nbsp;<br><strong><u>TRASH TRUCK DRIVER - ROLL OFF</u></strong><br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong><br>Driver operates a truck that transports all types of waste including construction, demolition, in large 10, 20, 30, and 40 Yard Roll Off containers from customer sites to disposal and/or processing sites.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Operates a Roll Off large container truck to service Industrial, Commercial &amp; Construction customers needing large containers on assigned routes that typically change daily in different service areas</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Secures and covers all loads to ensure safe transport to disposal or processing locations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepares, receives, and provides appropriate documentation for the delivery and pickup of containers to ensure timely service</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Covers and secures loads following all safety and DOT regulations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Complies with all safety procedures at disposal and processing sites</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintains radio or telephone communications with dispatch and supervisor to receive instructions or notice of changes concerning deliveries or pickups</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintains route sheets, vehicle inspection records, and follows all federal and state DOT regulations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Responsible for completing daily pre &amp; post trip inspections, attends all mandatory safety meetings &amp; briefings</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Follows operational standards and policies, maintains a valid Texas CDL and DOT medical card</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Operates the equipment in a safe and efficient manner while following all laws and regulations paying attention to speed limits, warning signs, extra care in construction zones and does not haul overloaded or overweight containers</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Follows all of the FMSCA/DOT guidelines</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify, tag, or communicate any scheduled services not provided for any reason and never collect any prohibited or hazardous waste</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain a clean vehicle and presentable appearance when communicating with Roll Off customers</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Responsible for completing daily pre &amp; post trip inspections</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Complies with all mandatory safety meetings &amp; briefings, operational standards &amp; policies, and maintains a valid Texas CDL and DOT medical card</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Reports all safety and service incidents to the Supervisor immediately</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">At least 3 years of satisfactory driving experience of Class A or B vehicles preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent communication skills and ability to deal professionally with customers, dispatchers, mechanics and other drivers</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent driving skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Computer Skills: Basic use of Tablets and Applications</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Pass drug screen and criminal background check</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Successfully complete and pass a written and road test</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Meet all Federal &amp; State DOT requirements</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to pass a DOT physical</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to climb into and out of truck several times per day using 3 points of contact</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to sit for long periods as well as walk for short periods</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to bend, stoop, crawl and squat in order to perform a full inspection of the underside of the truck and inspect tires for adequate inflation and potential damage</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to work outside for short periods of time in all types of weather</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to see and hear proficiently to operate a commercial motor vehicle in a safe manner</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to work in a moderately noisy environment</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>EDUCATION</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High School Diploma or GED equivalent</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0in;
