Your profile
Experience – You have 3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services—ideally within an IT or technology-driven environment Hospitality Expertise & Network – You are at home in the hospitality industry, understand market dynamics, structures, and key decision-makers, and actively leverage your network to grow client relationships Strong Communication Skills – You impress with a confident, personable presence and excel in both client conversations and negotiations Professional Know-how – You are familiar with commercial processes, experienced in working with CRM systems, and confident using MS Office Language Skills – You are fluent in German and English, enabling you to guide clients through the entire process and act as a trusted partner at eye level Analytical & Structured – You understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and work in a structured, solution-oriented way Mobility – You are open to traveling for client meetings, knowing that strong partnerships are built on personal interaction and mutual understanding Join our team as an Account Manager (m/f/d) – delivering solutions that inspire!
