    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>IMG Companies, a Division of Ichor Systems, has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician, located in Livermore, CA.<br><br><strong>Position Responsibilities:</strong><br><br><span style=\"color: windowtext; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">• Maintain production equipment in safe, optimal operating condition throughout the plant.&nbsp;</span></span><br><span style=\"color: windowtext; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">• Communicate the proper care and maintenance of equipment to production personnel.&nbsp;</span></span><br><span style=\"color: windowtext; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">• Report irregularities to department supervisor and the maintenance supervisor.&nbsp;</span></span><br><span style=\"color: windowtext; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">• Assist with the installation of new equipment with plant personnel on outside contractors.&nbsp;</span></span><br><span style=\"color: windowtext; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">• Perform preventative maintenance and repair of production equipment from blueprints, technical manuals, or vendor specifications.&nbsp;</span></span><br><span style=\"color: windowtext; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">• Basic computer skills are required to document all repairs in the maintenance repair request program.&nbsp;</span></span><br><span style=\"color: windowtext; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">• Report machine parts and items needed by/for other departments to maintenance crew leader.&nbsp;</span></span><br><span style=\"color: windowtext; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">• Follows all required safety procedures such as: Chemical Hazards. Performs job in a manner that protects safety of all employees.</span></span><br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Position Requirements:</strong><br><br>• Possess good mechanical knowledge and abilities to troubleshoot and repair equipment.&nbsp;<br>• Understand DC and AC principles and components including motors.<br>• &nbsp;Demonstrated understanding of EHS rules and regulations.</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to read blueprints and schematics a Plus<br>• Knowledge of shop tools, equipment, and maintenance practices.&nbsp;<br>• Must be flexible and able to work individually and in a team-based environment with a positive attitude.&nbsp;<br>• Able to work overtime as needed and be available for on-call work.&nbsp;<br>• Able to climb stairs and ladders.</p><p>• Must be able to handle frequent bending, twisting, crouching, squatting, and kneeling.&nbsp;</p><p>Strong interpersonal skills&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required; 1-2-year technical degree or any other related certifications or training is a plus.</li><li style=\"color: windowtext;\">Strong knowledge of quality tools used in the industry.</li><li style=\"color: windowtext;\">Analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to sit, stand, walk, squat, twist, crouch, knell, push, pull, carry, climb ladders, and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.</li><li style=\"color: windowtext;\">Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE).</li><li style=\"color: windowtext;\">Manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, dust, and temperature variations.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><i>For candidates based in California: The pay range for this position is $19.33 - $32.84 per hour.</i></p><p><i>Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
