We offer a supportive ABA team environment, paid/on-site training, mentorship, and growth opportunities for both certified RBTs and candidates interested in becoming certified.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position Highlights:</strong></p>\n<p>Full-time and part-time schedules available</p>\n<p>Outpatient pediatric clinic setting</p>\n<p>No in-home services</p>\n<p>Monday–Friday schedule</p>\n<p>Availability needed through 6:00 PM</p>\n<p>$21–$26/hour, based on experience</p>\n<p>On-site RBT training provided for non-certified candidates</p>\n<p>Supportive clinical leadership and team collaboration</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a great opportunity for current RBTs, Behavior Technicians, recent graduates, or candidates interested in ABA therapy, psychology, education, child development, or pediatric clinic-based work.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About HealthPRO Pediatrics</strong></p>\n<p>HealthPRO Pediatrics, a division of HealthPRO Heritage, provides high-quality pediatric therapy services nationwide. We are committed to helping children thrive, supporting families, and creating environments where clinicians can grow and succeed.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Provide in-person behavior therapy services within home, community, and clinicsettings by working directly with clients, either 1:1 or small group setting.</p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a pediatric clinic setting</p></li>\n <li><p>Implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision</p></li>\n <li><p>Collect and document behavioral data</p></li>\n <li><p>Support communication, skill development, and daily living goals</p></li>\n <li><p>Collaborate with BCBAs, clinicians, and families</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Ideal candidates have experience in the field of mental health, childdevelopment, or education.
