    "description": "<p><span>The Multimedia Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all stages of multimedia localization and production projects, with a strong focus on dubbing and adaptation workflows, ensuring timely, high-quality, and profitable deliveries.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Manage end-to-end multimedia localization projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and according to client specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span>Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including translators, subtitle editors, adapters, audio engineers, voice talents, and video editors.</span></li>\n<li><span>Liaise with clients to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and maintain transparent communication throughout each project.</span></li>\n<li><span>Anticipate potential risks, implement contingency plans, and ensure smooth project execution.</span></li>\n<li><span>Support the onboarding and training of new resources in multimedia workflows and tools.</span></li>\n<li><span>Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI tools for multimedia localization.</span></li>\n<li><span>Track and analyze project KPIs, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Skills, Experience, and Training Required</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>University graduate (Translation, Interpretation, Audiovisual Communication, or related field preferred).</span></li>\n<li><span>Minimum of two years of experience in project management within the multimedia, localization, dubbing, or post-production industry.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong knowledge of multimedia workflows, especially dubbing and adaptation processes.</span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</span></li>\n<li><span>English proficiency is a must.</span></li>\n<li><span>Spanish or Portuguese are highly desirable.</span></li>\n<li><span>Knowledge of Subtitle Edit is desirable.</span></li>\n<li><span>Familiarity with multimedia tools such as ElevenLabs, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent is a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span>Good command of Microsoft Office, Gmail tools, and project management systems.</span></li>\n<li><span>Solution-oriented mindset: proactive, innovative, flexible, resilient, and attentive to the needs of internal and external clients.</span></li>\n<li><span>Availability to work remotely in LATAM or European time zones, Monday to Friday.</span></li>\n</ul>",
