Animals Asia is currently seeking to recruit a qualified candidate for the position HR Manager and Global Talent Development Coordinator with details as follows:</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position: HR Manager and Global Talent Development Coordinator</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Employment type:</span> Full-time</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Contract duration:</span> One-year contract, extendable based on performance with initial 2-month probationary period<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work location:</span> Ha Noi, Viet Nam</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Purpose: </span>This dual-purpose role combines: </p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Global Talent Development Coordinator: </span>Optimize and implement programs for learning, leadership development and cultural transformation. </li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Country HR Management:</span>  To serve as the local Country HR Manager for Vietnam, ensure HR operational excellence and compliance in country.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Global Talent Development:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Learning and Development programs:\n<ul>\n<li>Optimize and implement global Learning and Development programs, aligned with organisational goals (e.g., leadership pipelines, technical upskilling)</li>\n<li>Manage e-learning platforms (LMS) and partnerships with external training providers.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Organisational Development:\n<ul>\n<li>Drive cultural transformation initiatives and change management for restructures, or new strategies</li>\n<li>Develop team effectiveness programs (Performance Appraisal system, Team Health Checks, survey)</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Performance &amp; Succession:\n<ul>\n<li>Implement talent review processes and high-potential (HiPo) development plans.</li>\n<li>Align OD initiatives with succession planning to future-proof leadership.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Metrics &amp; ROI:\n<ul>\n<li>Track program effectiveness (completion rates, promotion rates post-training)</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p>  <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Country HR Management: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the country HR function and act as the primary HR contact and strategic advisor to the Country Director.</li>\n<li>Effectively lead a team of local HR professionals and manage day-to-day HR workflows.</li>\n<li>Lead rollout of global HR initiatives after adapting them to local needs and practices.</li>\n<li>Based on trusted relationships across the organisation, effectively facilitate cross-team collaboration, coaching and conflict management.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.</li>\n<li>Oversee employee performance management, including the appraisal process.</li>\n<li>Optimize HR processes using technology (e.g. HRIS, analytics tools).</li>\n<li>Lead recruitment and employer branding.</li>\n<li>Manage and implement the remuneration policy.</li>\n<li>Manage the department’s finances, including its budget, and continually identify opportunities to work more effectively and cost efficiently.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>             <span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Qualifications &amp; Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning &amp; Development, Organisation Development, Business Administration or a related field.</li>\n<li>Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in HR, Learning &amp; Development, Organisational Development or Talent Management.</li>\n<li>Proven experience in HR management and HR operations.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing L&amp;D and OD programs.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labour laws and HR best practices.</li>\n<li>Experience leading teams and managing multiple priorities.</li>\n<li>Excellent stakeholder management, coaching and communication skills.</li>\n<li>Fluent spoken and written English.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills &amp; Competencies:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in L&amp;D and OD framework and program design in global setting.</li>\n<li>Experience in change management and cultural transformation.</li>\n<li>Outstanding stakeholder management, coaching, and interpersonal skills across diverse cultures and regions.</li>\n<li>Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.</li>\n<li>Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of 8 years’ progressive experience L&amp;D/OD and HR operations.</li>\n<li>Participation in scaling L&amp;D/OD programs globally.</li>\n<li>Track record of HR management in the local country.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate a proactive approach to driving cultural change.</li>\n<li>Proven experience in program design and development, preferably in a corporate or higher education setting.</li>\n<li>Experience with online learning platforms and technologies.</li>\n<li>Experience supervising or leading a team.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Knowledge:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong understanding of international HR best practices.</li>\n<li>Detailed knowledge of local country employment practices and labour laws and regulation.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of workforce learning principles and instructional design methodologies.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Languages: </span>Native Vietnamese and strong English (written and spoken).</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">            Education: </span>A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources Management, Learning and Development, Organisation Development, or related field.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">How to Apply</span></p>\n<p>Please send your <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">cover letter and CV</span> (clearly stating the applied position) by clicking the application link below.
