    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong></p>\n<p>The Senior &nbsp;Manager, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering&nbsp;will lead and oversight his team on SWG, Busbar &amp; IS, focused on Reynosa Operations leading product transfers, new product development programs, process improvements, capital projects to support Growth for the target sites and the standardization of manufacturing processes across Vertiv plants. This position will also coordinate the development and enforcement of global manufacturing standards and technology leadership. Interact directly with Design Engineering, Program Manager and Operations Team at the target site to coordinate and execute NPDI milestones and deliverables.</p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work closely with Line of Business Leaders to ensure manufacturing plans are aligned to Product Roadmaps.</li>\n <li>Responsible for End of Line Testing Equipment, Parameters, scripts and Capex associated</li>\n <li>Develop Advanced Manufacturing Engineers with a steadfast commitment to mentoring and leading from the front, responsible for team performance and growth.</li>\n <li>Provide tactical leadership to ensure the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team will: \n  <ul>\n   <li>Develop and implement manufacturing plans for new products</li>\n   <li>Provide direct support for plant-to-plant product transfers and new product development programs.</li>\n   <li>Support Vertiv manufacturing operations using standard processes, equipment, and manufacturing methods.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Identify, justify, pilot, and commission Advanced Manufacturing technologies, processes, equipment, and practices.
