We even offer pet insurance for your four-legged family members.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Early access to earned wages with Daily Pay, tuition reimbursement to help further your career and adoption assistance to help you grow your family.   </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>With a collective goal to champion a culture of belonging where everyone feels valued and respected, we honor the ways people are unique and embrace what brings us together.   </p>\n<p>And, we believe equipping you with support and development opportunities is a vital part of delivering an exceptional employment experience. </p>\n<p>Find a fulfilling career and make a difference with UnityPoint Health.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Serves as the clinical expert as it pertains to field of respiratory care and associated information/reporting systems.  </li>\n <li>Provide respiratory care modalities, therapies and diagnostic testing; including oxygen therapies and medication delivery. </li>\n <li>Provides education to the patient and their family. </li>\n <li>Intubation (not required, but within the scope of practice). </li>\n <li>Process and provide various equipment, necessary to carry out assigned duties including diagnostic and ventilator support of patients both invasive and non-invasive.  </li>\n <li>Pulmonary Function Testing equipment, including but not limited to; PF Screening equipment, Comprehensive Pulmonary Function Testing equipment,  Humidifiers, O2 therapy related equipment, aerosols, pulse oximetry, nebulizers, inhalers, and applicable medications, mechanical percussors, bedside pulmonary screeners, EKG's,  volume expansion therapy, emergency airway equipment, adult ventilation (noninvasive only), ABG procurement.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Graduate of a CoARC approved Respiratory Care program </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have least 1 year of clinical experience.   </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>License(s)/Certification(s): </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Illinois and Iowa Respiratory Care Licensure</li>\n <li>Registered Respiratory Therapy Therapist with NBRC </li>\n <li>CPR upon hire </li>\n <li>ACLS/NRP within 6 months of hire </li>\n</ul>\n<p>*Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, internal equity, and other business needs.  The salary range listed does not include other forms of compensation which may include bonuses/incentive, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits that may be applicable to this role.</p>",
