In 2025, the firm hit the major milestone of surpassing 1,000 trials.</p><p><strong>What you will do -&nbsp;</strong></p><p>We have an opportunity for an <strong>Associate&nbsp;Litigation&nbsp;Attorney</strong> with litigation experience who is interested in joining our Warranty Defense team in our <strong>San Jose or Costa Mesa</strong> locations! &nbsp;</p><p>You&rsquo;ll be a vital member of our team, with <strong>hands-on&nbsp;responsibility</strong> for day-to-day case development&mdash;including <strong>handling&nbsp;depositions,&nbsp;engaging&nbsp;directly&nbsp;with&nbsp;clients,&nbsp;collaborating&nbsp;with&nbsp;technical&nbsp;experts,&nbsp;managing&nbsp;critical&nbsp;discovery&nbsp;tasks</strong>, <strong>writing&nbsp;and&nbsp;arguing&nbsp;motions,</strong> managing critical discovery tasks, and <strong>working&nbsp;with&nbsp;partners</strong> <strong>through&nbsp;trial</strong>.
