We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, reliable, adaptable, and committed to helping others achieve greater independence and community involvement.</p><p>As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide person-centered support that helps individuals pursue their goals, participate in their communities, and maintain a balance between what is important to them and what is important for them. Direct Support Professionals are expected to work a minimum of two weekend shifts each month as part of their regular schedule.
